No. If you represent both a buyer and a seller in the SAME transaction, it is considered as ONE transaction.
No, that would be counted as TWO separate transactions because you are representing the seller on the sale of their existing home, and then representing the same client as a buyer on separate property that they will be acquiring.
It is counted as TWO transactions because TWO different agents are working the same deal.
For example, Realtor A represents seller on the listing side and Realtor B represents buyer on the buying side for property address, 123 Main St. Both realtors work with ABC Realty. It is counted as two separate transactions for each agent unless your team or brokerage has an active subscription. Please check with your broker or team lead.
It depends on how your team or your brokerage has their subscription set up within their group. Ideally, your broker or team lead would pass the savings to your team/agents where you'd only be responsible for the all-inclusive rate, or pay a portion of the subscription as part of your monthly fees to your broker/team. Check with your broker or team lead.
The subscription is a recurring monthly fee invoiced to you via email where you can pay online and set up autopay. The transaction fee is collected at closing. The listing launch fee is invoiced to you at the completion of the listing launch project.
